General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Products are sold by AZ COMMERCIALE SRL, Via A. Gelpi 43, 25048 Edolo (BS), Italy, VAT/Tax ID 04137350981.

These terms apply to sales concluded through www.caminetti-stufe.com. Different terms are valid only if agreed in writing with the seller.

Descriptions, images and product information are provided for information and kept up to date as far as possible; minor differences may occur due to packaging, colours or production updates.

Prices are in Euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, additional charges and surcharges are shown before the order is confirmed.

An order is concluded when the Customer completes the purchase process and receives confirmation. The seller may refuse or cancel orders due to product unavailability, incomplete/unverifiable data, anomalies or suspected fraud, or obvious pricing/description errors.

Available methods are those shown at checkout. If payment fails, the order may be suspended or cancelled.

Delivery is made to the address supplied by the Customer. Times may vary according to carrier, destination and product availability. On delivery, the Customer should check the packaging and, in the event of visible problems, accept with a specific reservation and notify the seller promptly.

Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with applicable law, including through the website’s online function: Right of withdrawal / Request withdrawal here.

The seller is not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by force majeure or events beyond its control. The seller is not liable for damage caused by misuse or installation contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumer disputes are subject to the competent court provided by consumer-protection rules; in other cases the statutory jurisdiction applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
