Right of withdrawal

Under Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), a consumer customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
Time limit
The 14-day period starts on the day the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The Customer can use the dedicated online function. Enter the order details, check the summary and confirm the withdrawal declaration. The system sends an email receipt containing the declaration and the date/time of submission.
Returning the goods
Goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice to: AZ COMMERCIALE SRL, Via A. Gelpi 43, 25048 Edolo (BS), Italy – VAT/Tax ID 04137350981. Return shipping is paid by the Customer. Cash-on-delivery returns and collections charged to the seller are not accepted.
Condition of returned goods
Goods must be intact, unused, complete with all parts/accessories, in the original packaging and suitably packed for transport. Where permitted by law, a reduction in the refund may be applied for damage, use, tampering or missing original packaging.
Refund
After the goods are received and checked, the refund is made within the time limits laid down by applicable law, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the Customer provides evidence of return, whichever occurs first.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases excluded by law, including customised goods or goods made to the Customer’s specifications and other items excluded by applicable legislation.
