Spare-part installation advice

Disconnect the power supply and wait until the appliance is completely cool. Use suitable personal protective equipment and work in a well-ventilated area while protecting surrounding surfaces.

Use only original parts suitable for the model. Do not modify components; follow the manufacturer’s wiring, positioning and installation instructions. Clean mating surfaces before fitting gaskets/seals. Work on electrical/electronic parts only with the appliance disconnected and with appropriate protection against static discharge.

Check the seals on doors, ash drawers and ducts. Carry out a controlled start-up and check for abnormalities or unusual noise. Restore any parameters required by the manufacturer.

Wood and pellet stoves/fireplaces require a compliant flue and adequate ventilation. Use fuel that meets the manufacturer’s specifications and plan periodic maintenance of the burn pot, flue passages, gaskets and fans.
